General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/span><\/p>\n

Foreword - Acceptance of conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

Sending the order by the customer implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy published on the site <\/span>www.coccolatevi.it<\/span><\/a> (\u201cSite\u201d).<\/span>
<\/span>These conditions govern only purchases made on the Site and do not apply to any other sales channels of the Seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Subject<\/span><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the Site and the conclusion of purchase contracts between the customer and the company <\/span>AFA S<\/span>.R.L.S. <\/span>(\u201cSeller\u201d).<\/span>
<\/span>The brand <\/span>LOOK OUT<\/span> provides the e-commerce platform as an online storefront, but <\/span>Is not a contractual part of the sale<\/span> and is not responsible for order processing, payment, shipping, or after-sales service.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Product availability is indicated on the Site, but cannot be guaranteed in real time.<\/span>
<\/span>In case of unavailability after the order is placed, the customer will be promptly informed and can choose between refund, replacement or credit.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Prices and payments<\/span><\/p>\n

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/span>
<\/span>Shipping charges are shown separately in the order summary before purchase confirmation.<\/span>
<\/span>Payments can be made via the methods indicated on the Site, securely handled through the platform <\/span>Stripe<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/span>Payment is considered completed only upon authorization by the payment institution.<\/span>
<\/span>Payment data is processed only by Stripe over a secure connection; the Vendor does not retain or have access to card data.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Billing<\/span><\/p>\n

The invoice will be issued by <\/span>AFA S.R.L.S.<\/span> At the customer's request.<\/span>
<\/span>The invoice request must be made at the same time as the order or within the relevant calendar month.<\/span>
<\/span>After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice, in accordance with Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633\/1972 and current regulations on indirect e-commerce.<\/span>
<\/span>To request an invoice, the customer must correctly provide tax information (company name, VAT number or tax identification number, and full address) at the time of purchase or by communication to coccolatevi@afaitalia.it.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Shipments, areas served, and delivery costs<\/span><\/p>\n

Seller ships within Italy, excluding the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.<\/span>
<\/span>Shipping charges are clearly stated during the order process and may vary by destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Indicative rates and timelines:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Continental Italy: \u20ac7.50 VAT included (delivery in 24\/48 hours)<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Islands: \u20ac8.50 VAT included (delivery in 48\/72 hours)<\/span><\/div>\n

Free delivery for orders over \u20ac 29 including VAT.<\/span>
<\/span>Orders are fulfilled within <\/span>2 working days<\/span> from confirmation of payment, unless otherwise notified.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Conclusion of the contract<\/span><\/p>\n

The sales contract is concluded when the customer submits the order and receives the order confirmation from the Seller.<\/span>
<\/span>The confirmation contains a summary of the order, price, customer information, and a link to these Terms of Sale.<\/span>
<\/span>The Seller reserves the right to reject incomplete, non-conforming or non-payment secured orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Right of withdrawal<\/span><\/p>\n

A customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within <\/span>14 days<\/span> from receipt of the products, without penalty and without obligation to give reasons.<\/span>
<\/span>Notice of withdrawal should be sent by e-mail to coccolatevi@afaitalia.it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Product return:<\/span>
<\/span>The product should be returned to:<\/span>

<\/span>Return charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.<\/span>
<\/span>Products must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with packaging and accessories.<\/span><\/p>\n

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same means of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal <\/span>does not apply<\/span> a:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if opened after delivery.<\/span><\/div>\n

9. Legal guarantee of conformity<\/span><\/p>\n

The products are covered by the <\/span>legal warranty of conformity<\/span> Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.<\/span>
