General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Foreword - Acceptance of conditions

Sending the order by the customer implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy published on the site www.coccolatevi.it (“Site”).
These conditions govern only purchases made on the Site and do not apply to any other sales channels of the Seller.

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the Site and the conclusion of purchase contracts between the customer and the company AFA S.R.L.S. (“Seller”).
The brand LOOK OUT provides the e-commerce platform as an online storefront, but Is not a contractual part of the sale and is not responsible for order processing, payment, shipping, or after-sales service.

3. Products and availability

Product information and images posted on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may change without notice.
Product availability is indicated on the Site, but cannot be guaranteed in real time.
In case of unavailability after the order is placed, the customer will be promptly informed and can choose between refund, replacement or credit.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are shown separately in the order summary before purchase confirmation.
Payments can be made via the methods indicated on the Site, securely handled through the platform Stripe.
Payment is considered completed only upon authorization by the payment institution.
Payment data is processed only by Stripe over a secure connection; the Vendor does not retain or have access to card data.

5. Billing

The invoice will be issued by AFA S.R.L.S. At the customer's request.
The invoice request must be made at the same time as the order or within the relevant calendar month.
After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice, in accordance with Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633/1972 and current regulations on indirect e-commerce.
To request an invoice, the customer must correctly provide tax information (company name, VAT number or tax identification number, and full address) at the time of purchase or by communication to coccolatevi@afaitalia.it.

6. Shipments, areas served, and delivery costs

Seller ships within Italy, excluding the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.
Shipping charges are clearly stated during the order process and may vary by destination.

Indicative rates and timelines:

Free delivery for orders over € 29 including VAT.
Orders are filled within 2 working days from confirmation of payment, unless otherwise notified.

7. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is concluded when the customer submits the order and receives the order confirmation from the Seller.
The confirmation contains a summary of the order, price, customer information, and a link to these Terms of Sale.
The Seller reserves the right to reject incomplete, non-conforming or non-payment secured orders.

8. Right of withdrawal

A customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the products, without penalty and without obligation to give reasons.
Notice of withdrawal should be sent by e-mail to coccolatevi@afaitalia.it.

The product should be returned to:

Return charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Products must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with packaging and accessories.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same means of payment.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure, carrier inefficiency, or events beyond its control.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the forum of residence or domicile of the consumer.
For professional clients, the Brescia forum.

Personal data provided by the customer are processed in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

15. Final clauses

The nullity or ineffectiveness of one clause does not result in the nullity of the remaining clauses.
Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Changes will apply only to orders placed after publication.

Withdrawal and returns
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the product by sending notice to coccolatevi@afaitalia.it.
The product should be returned undamaged to:
